Makenna sure does love her little sister. She loves to hold her and play with her. We have so much fun playing together. Bryn never likes to smile when I get the camera. She was totally having fun and smiling with us and then I got the camera and she quit...what a booger ;)

We didn't cut too much off...just about an inch and a half. Makenna did so well. After 3 years...I was finally able to let go and get her haircut!

Another One Down

So we had another dr.'s appt for Bryn today. It was with the urologist to take care of an issue she had. He was able to take care of it while we were there and it was fairly quick and simple. Another thing off our checklist. We will have to go back for a pelvic ultrasound sometime in the next month to make sure all her female parts are there and developed. But other than that...all is well!

Tyler's Grades

Tyler finally got his grades back from last semester. I hate how long it takes to get them back...and so does he! He has been a booger the past few days eagerly awaiting them to post online. He was up at 4 am this morning checking them. He did really well. Makenna, Bryn and I are very proud of him. He put in a lot of hard work and it paid off. He is a perfectionist when it comes to school so he wishes he would have done better, but we think he did great! Congrats honey...We love you!

First week of Law School

So I have managed to survive the 1st week of law school...is it May yet though! haha j/k. Other than normal kid stuff...the girls have behaved fine. Bryn even took good naps the first 3 days. Today she is being a booger though and won't sleep longer than 20 minutes at a time. I think something is buggin her. I hope she isn't getting sick. Makenna has had some troubles with listening to me, but what 3 year old listens to their parents ;)! I am looking forward to tomorrow night because Tyler and I are going on a date to my fav. restaurant. We are taking Bryn, but she tends to sleep through things like that...hopefully! I am pretty tired though...Bryn likes to wake up at 5:30am to eat and then doesn't like to go back to sleep unless she is being held. So to keep her from screaming her head off and waking up Makenna...I have to hold and then I can't fall back asleep. Oh the joys of being a mom!

Makenna and I didn't have time before Christmas to do the gingerbread house so we took some time the other day to do it. I had finally got Bryn to sleep so it was perfect timing. Makenna had a blast licking the icing and putting the little candies all over. She told me what she wanted on the house and I drew it. She wanted a "M" for Makenna for sure. haha
