22 Days

Makenna is 3 weeks and 1 day old. She is so cute!!

Bath Time!

I just had a bath and now I am cold. Hurry mom and dad...wrap me up tight!

She is Strong!!

Makenna is really strong. She can lift her head up on her own and keep it up for about 2 minutes. She is 19 days old. She also has a very powerful grip. She has powerful legs and uses them to push away from Tyler and I when she is angry. She hates to have her diaper changed and she hates when we change her clothes. She almost rolled over too...I layed her on the floor and she kept arching her back and I looked over at her and she was 75% of the way rolled over!! Crazy little girl I tell you!

Makenna at 17 days old

I'm Happy....then I'm sad...then I'm all wrapped up!!! Makenna loves to make faces at you. I think we have a Trevor Deushane on our hands...haha. She loves to roll her eyes at you at make her lips into an "O"! She is on crazy girl...

I woke up at 5:30 this morning and wouldn't stop crying...so daddy took me down stairs so mommy could sleep and we both fell asleep on the couch!

6 days old!

Makenna had jaundice when we left the hospital yesterday and we had to take her in today to have her levels checked again. We didn't want her to have to go back to the hospital to be put under the lights so we had her bathe in the sun to try and help her levels go down before we went to the dr. We layed her on her stomach and the 1st thing she did was put her legs under her bottom and stick her bottom straight in the air! She is just so cute!! We love her!

Kenna's 1st bath

Here is Makenna getting her first bath. We did it in the kitchen sink. Grandma Larsen came over to show me how to bathe her for the first time. Makenna did really well and barely even cried. She looked so much better after her bath...and smelled prettier too! She even went #1 and #2 during her bath and we had to change her water. Pretty funny!!

Look...It's Makenna Lynn Larsen. This is just moments after she arrived here to earth. She is 7 lbs 4 ounces. She has long legs and as Tyler says, "Thomas toes." She was born at 5:50pm on Saturday December 31, 2005!! Tax deduction...haha j/k!!
